Exercise does make a difference!
So, I lost almost 60 pounds over the last 3 years...
I exercised at first, but last year my job became very stressful and I just stopped...
I am happy with my weight, but unhappy with the way my body jiggles, especially my legs
I decided 3 weeks ago it was time to do something about it
I've been doing 1000 steps on the elliptical (about 22-25 minutes) and Mari Winsor's 20 minute Pilates DVD 5 times a week, and even though its not much- WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!
The scale has stayed the same, and I can't believe how much firmer my legs and tummy are in such a short time!!! And, my flat little butt is getting a nice curve to it
Just wanted to tell you guys what a huge difference even minimal exercise can make YAY!!!

Congrats!! Keep up the good work!
I totally agree. Since running and taking step classes, my butt and thighs have become so much firmer. I love it!
