Boca Burgers/Veggie Burgers
When I was in BJs the other day, I picked them up (because they advertised 1 WW point) and put them on a toasted bagel thin (1 pt).
Sooooo delish!
My question is - what do you put on it so its not dry and you don't use a lot of points? I put a small amount of fat free peppercorn ranch, but I'm looking for some other ideas. I bought 2 big boxes so I have lots of veggie burgers.
Any other ideas would be great to!

They are usually always dry on the outside. But I eat them like a real burger, with lettuce, tomato, pickles and ketchup.

I just had a 1 pt boca burger tonight and it was so good! I didn't even realize how good the stats were on them - they have a ton of protein.
I had it with a 1 pt light hamburger bun, used 1 pt for mayo and 1 pt for a 2% kraft single. Also put lettuce, tomato and pickles on it. So yummy and only 4 pts!!

I cook mine in the micro and thy never seem too dry? I put a little bit of honey mustard on them sometimes, gives a good tang of flavor.
Oh i always eat them w/1 pt cheese, maybe that helps. I love how they keep me feeling full longer

I was going to suggest avocado too. So yummy! Boca burgers are good but next time try the Dr. Praegers veggie burgers...even better tasting.

I like A1 on veggie burgers and some LF cheese.
Maybe try a Laughing Cow blue cheese wedge and some hot sauce too.
Some of my fav veggie burgers are the morningstar chipotle black bean burgers - SO GOOD!

I love mustard on veggie burgers...old-school French's yellow, with some lettuce, tomatoes and pickles.
You could also saute some mushrooms and onions and use that as a topper.
Hot sauce is another yummy topper. So is some BBQ sauce.
Trader Joe's makes veggie masala burgers...they have mild Indian-style spice to them...I LOVE topping those with a little hummus!

One slice of 2% kraft cheese is only a point with some pickles, lettuce, onion, tomatoes..a little ketchup
