Weight Watchers - is this zero points?

1 cup broccolli, 1 cup green beans, 1/2 cup fat free salsa all mixed together? Or does 0+0+0 = 1?

I'm searching for stuff that can fill me up and keep me within my daily points.

I THINK because it is one serving of a few different things, it equals 0, but I see what you are saying... because for instance, if you have three servings of 0 point egg whites, it's 1 point...

Yes, even 2 cups of broccoli are 1 point. So I wasn't sure if since I'm eating both cups of veggies at the same meal if I'm supposed to count it.

Technically if it is 1 serving of 2 different point items it is still 0 pts.

If you had 2 servings of one or the other though it would be different.

Honestly, no one ever got fat from eating too much broccoli. I say go for it!

I would say you have to take the point.
