Those that smoked....
I quit the day I got my bfp. Dh did not quit, it is driving me nuts.
So for those in the same boat as me, do you torture him about it?
I can't help it, he is ready to kill me.

i quit 4 months before because i didnt want to have to quick when i got a positive test. my dh was a social smoker and quit with me.

DH and I weren't smokers, but we used to be (a long, long time ago). I can't say I blame you, because I noticed that during the first and second trimesters, the smell of smoke sent me REELING from nauseau. Not only that, the second hand smoke, that frequent, if in the house or the car with you, could do just as much harm to the little one as you smoking yourself... give him a swift kick in the arse!

He does not smoke in the house, or in the car with me. He is actually pretty good about not smoking around me at all, even if we are outside.
But I smell it when he comes inside.

That is my DH exactly! I jsut tell him that I want him to stop for his health. And I'm afraidn that if he does not, then I'll go back after the baby is born and I really don't want to. He has to do it on his own.

I actually quit 10 days before I got my BFP. My DH still smokes but not in the house or car.
The thing that drives me crazy is that I really crave a cigarette every once in a while. Even though I know I will never touch one - the craving makes me get mad at him for not quitting too. lol!

I wish I knew! I would not have quit though, if I wasn't pg, so I know how he feels.
But it is the samw with me, I do not want to go back after I have the baby and that will be so hard with him still smoking.
