Has anybody used acupuncture?
If so - who have you used?
I am sort of getting desperate  and was considering trying this route. Just wondering if anyone has had any experiences to share. Thanks!

I used acupuncture during my first IVF cycle and the 2 following FET's. I have someone located in Manhattan if you need...

I do and love it. It has really lowered my High FSH and relieved my stress levels. I use innersourcehealth.com. They are located in Huntington.

I've been doing acupunture for about a year now and I've been to 4 different places alltogether. I'm currently seeing Dr James Vitale at the Fertility Wellness center (one of the sponsors of this forum) and I absolutely love it there! He is amazing! I could see the difference from my first visit. Consultation is free. The Wellness Center is located in Huntington.

I go to Dr. Cariann Peretta at Lighthouse Wellness, also a vendor on here. She is awesome, I highly recommend her. It is definitely helpful.

YES i never thought this was something I would do but in one cycle have seen a great difference. I use LI holistic. They are in Lake Success where I go and Deer Park. It's def worth a try!

I am using her too. I am irregular (no PCOS) so we are working on getting me a period then on ovulating. Been going 2x a week for about a month I guess. I feel like it is helping me a lot. I am also covered by insurance but have to pay a small co-pay. FM me if you want more info. Good luck

I also used LI Holistic(lake success) and I thought I would never use acupunture. I went while doing medicated IUI( about 2 months) and I did get BFP on round #2.
My girlfriend also used them and she also got BFP.
Its worth a try. I went b/c I wanted to say I tried it all.

I have never gone but my MIL goes for neck issues and swears by it. Ive actually considered going for IF myself - will probably try it if no luck in another month or two.

I go to the Stoney Brook wellness center. I went for my first IVF cycle, which was a failed one and am going again for my second. I can definitely see a difference when I go. My stress level is so much lower and overall I just feel better.
