Can a big night of drinking really stick with you that much?
I had my girlfriend's bachelorette party this past saturday and my weight is still way up. I didn't eat horribly bad so the only thing I can attribute it to is the drinking. Now I did have a lot to drink but I was drinking vodka/lemonades with crystal light lemonade. I also had jello shots but again it was sugar free. Yesterday I was up 3 pounds and today I am still up about a pound and a half. I get weighed in tomorrow and I am going to be so upset if my weight is up over a pound. I can't imagine that a big night of drinking would take more then 3 days to burn off. Especially since I work out like crazy.
Any thoughts?

It's not really the calories - you are probably majorly retaining water. This happens to me every time I drink. Alcohol dehydrates you so you hold onto every bit of water in your body. Drink lots of water, stay away from salty foods and it will go away in another day.

I think it is water retention. Drink a lot of water today to flush yourself out, and you should be back to normal soon.

Water retention.
It will go away, but unfortunately it takes a couple of days. Hang in there!
