Finally heading in the right direction!!
If you remember, I've been struggling with some weight I gained this past winter. So I bought a new scale that gives me the same measurement every time, and I've been extremely good with sticking to my diet and exercising...I lost 4 lbs last week!! 
So this puts me at only 3.5 lbs above my "normal weight". I had set a goal for myself to lose 10 lbs before our family bbq in August, and now I just have 6 lbs to go.
It's amazing how progress keeps you motivated to keep going.
