I know I'm stupid but..
I've been eating eggs daily. Well, egg whites on toast.
I was worried about my cholesterol, but I read that they have ZERO cholesterol and only 17 calories an egg white!
...but this grossed me out: It is formed from the layers of secretions of the anterior section of the hen's oviduct during the passage of the egg.
Did anyone else know it had no cholesterol?

lol thanks for sharing...I just had egg whites this morning for the first time in a very long time. I don't think I'll be eating them again any time soon

What did you think they were? Better than ground up processed chemically-treated flesh of a dead animal, right? 
I was a vegetarian for 10 years because of stuff like this but now that I eat meat again, I find you have to separate yourself from where your food comes from if you're going to eat it.

I eat them and I read what you wrote but I dont worry about it, I've been eating them for years why stop now regardless of what it is. Things like processed meats are far worse than that
