Officially survived week one.....
and lost 2 pounds.
I feel better albeit incredibly SORE and sore lol. Did I mention I was sore?
Its amazing how energized I feel, how much better my body itself feels. Its a good feeling.
Just wanted to share

I know I should be thrilled about losing 2 pounds BUT I felt like I should have lost at least 4. I have a bunch to lose and I literally worked my butt off and didn't cheat or eat bad.
I am hoping to make a nice jump this week. Although with a wedding on Sunday it'll be a test.
