What to do with Fresh Parsley?
I shop via Peapod and I wasn't sure how much parsley was in a bunch, so I got 2 and they are HUGE!!
What can I do with the second bunch? How long will it last? Can I dry it?

wash it, dry it, chop it, put in a ziplock back and throw it in the freezer. Now you will always have fresh parsley on hand

I'm having the same issue right now and was just googling this same question this morning.
I froze some.
And am going to chop up some in the food processor with garlic and oil and grated cheese and make some homeade pesto.
