After ET, how many days...
Will you be out from work? Do you plan/ or have you done modified bedrest or Total bedrest right after et??

For my first cycle last year, I took that day off and then went to work the next day. I sit at a desk all day so there's no real exertion. No one mentioned anything about bedrest to me, they only told me to 'take it easy' for 3 days. I did a get BFP.

Ditto - I went to work the next day which was yesterday & it was actually a really long day. I had a training session that started at 7:30 & i had an event after work that i had to go & didnt get home until around 10:30.
So verrry long day.
Like prior person im at a desk all day though, so its not like i am on my feet or exerting myself but definitly tired!!

I have done numerous ETs and have always resumed "normal" activities the next day. Once they're there....they're there...

I put myself on bedrest for 24 hours and then took off from work for a week. I have a high-stress job and wanted to stay as relaxed as possible.
ETA: I'm sure there's probably no evidence that less stress increases your chances, but my insurance would only pay 1X so I was willing to try ANYTHING!
