My husband wants to replace the wood trim around our house with aluminum because it is long lasting & the birds & bugs won't get into the house.
I really love the wood trim we have now & just want to replace it (since some is rotted).
It's a tudor so the wood really goes with the look.
Does anyone know if it is more expensive to restore or replace the old wood.
And is aluminum really more practical even if wood looks better?
