I know, I know hang in there!

Can you fill up on water to take the edge off a little?

You need filling snacks-I used to eat nutragrain bars-2 points, they have lots of fiber and that would carry me for a couple hours.

I've been bad with the water.

As far as filling snacks, what I've been doing is having my oatmeal in the morning, then have my apple about 2-3 hours later, then lunch, pear a couple hours later...but man I was starved AFTER I ate the apple this morning!Chat Icon

I bought baby carrots but they don't seem enticing. Maybe I should get hummus to go with it? Though there's more unneeded points...

you need to eat filling foods, foods high in fiber.

The hunger will pass, you adjust and arent starving anymore.

for me the key is to eat several snacks a day. if not, then i feel like i'm starving all the time! try combining some protein with your fruit by adding some cheese or peanut butter. the ww string cheese is only 1 point!
