keeping Lupron cold
I'm going away over night. Do I have to keep an opened bottle of Lupron cold? If so, how should I do this while travelling in car and in hotel. I don't want too much cold with ice where it may freeze...lol

Re: keeping Lupron cold
I've never kept lupron cold (even an open bottle). I've had it in my closet for almost 4 weeks now.

Re: keeping Lupron cold
I was told that once it was opened it had to be cold. I went traveling with it more than once and bought a kit off amazon for diabetes medication which worked very well. While in the hotel I asked for a mini-fridge and kept it in there.

Re: keeping Lupron cold
We used the same packaging that the Lupron came in to travel with. A few ice packs in a silver envelope. I'm sure a cooler or one of those insulated lunch bags would be fine too!
