Zumba is no joke......
So Diana1215 got her wish I went with her this morning. Several hours later I cannot feel my legs and I need a nap 
I'm not in that bad of shape but holy mother, that is one tough class.
I've taken spin, kickboxing and regular boxing classes and I sweat more during this 1 hour of zumba than in any other class.
I'd do it again - it was fun!!! However, ask me tomorrow morning

I have to try this but I'm kinda skeptical. I am AWFUL at cardio dance classes. I could only ever get the hang of kickboxing! I'm afraid to make an arse of myself

You know what - if you can't do what they're doing, you just do your own thing.
I'm not a dancer by any means but most of it I was able to get. I probably looked like an arse too but there were people there worse off than me so I don't feel so clumsy

I have only taken iit twice but, I felt it was easier the second time to pick up the dance moves.

A good workout and it's fun. I burned 539 kcal in one hour of zumba last time I did it (per my hr monitor) I love it!
