Weekly Menus 7/17

Had to get it planned early this week!

Sunday: OOT
Monday: OOT
Tuesday: OOT
Wednesday: Angel Hair with Summer Sauce, Chicken Sausage, Salad
Thursday: Greek Chicken pitas with salad and lemon rice pilaf.
Friday: Turkey Tacos with all the fixings
Saturday: Noah's Birthday BBQ. Grilled steak, bbq chicken, burgers, dogs, Grilled Veggie Salad, Corn on the Cob, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Birthday Cake.. that's what I've got at the moment... but it's subject to change!

1st 2 meals were carried over from last week....never made them, last minute change of plans

Sat: BBQ Bubba burgers, corn on the cob, sweet potato fries and onion rings

Sun: Baked Tilapia (for the ladies), Fish sticks (for the boys), Clam strips and Mac & Cheese w/ broccolini

Mon: Polish Night....Sausage/Kielbasa, Perogies, and Kraut

Tues: Pasta with Summer Sauce, Chicken Sausage, and Salad (Thanks Rojerono)

Wed: 10 cent wing night

Thurs: PW Crispy Yogurt Chicken , PW Baked Lemon Pasta , and Salad

Fri: probably pizza

kind of boring this week because we are moving next week and trying to finish up random items in our fridge/freezer/pantry!

SAT - garlic baked shrimp, couscous, broccoli

SUN - individual zucchini, pepper & fontina frittatas, some kind of salad

MON - sirloin skewers, rice

TUES - buttermilk grilled chicken, cheesy mashed potatoes, sliced tomatoes

WED - fig & balsamic glazed sausages over salad

THURS - friends invited us over for dinner

FRI - last night at our favorite sushi place!!!

Mon: Babyback ribs, spicy black beans and corn salad

Tues: Out

Weds: Bratwurst on the grill, German potato salad, grilled zucchini

Thurs: Homemade Greek pita pizzas, salad

Fri: Softball BBQ

Sat: Out

Swedish meatballs w/noodles

Parmesan crusted pork chops, zucchini pancakes and salad

London broil, baked potatoes and creamed corn

Chicken enchiladas w/rice

Breakfast for dinner


DH's work schedule is not consistant so I can plan meals daily. I usually just plan 4 or 5 meals for the week and make what fits into our schedule.

ugh...my house is a disaster this week because we are remodeling our bathroom/laundry room (which means our washer and dryer are sitting in the midde of the kitchen ). Anyway I really don't feel like cooking...

Sunday: Ground turkey tacos with all the fixins.

Monday: Baked pork chops (no idea how I am goign to make them), rice pilaf, sauteed green beans.

Tuesday: Take out

Wed.: Tortellini soup

Thurs: take out

Fri: Rigatoni in tomato-cream sauce with bacon and peas (didn't make last week)

Mon.- Salmon with dill sauce, rice, spinach

Tues.- Grilled cheeseburgers, sweet potato fries

Wed.- Baby back ribs with dry rub (and sauce at the end), baked beans, corn

Thurs.- Chicken stuffed with feta and spinach, orzo

Fri.- Bowties with brocollo, garlic, oil and romano cheese

Saturday: grilled marinated london broil, roasted rosemary red potatoes with parma and romano cheese, mixed green salad with homemade balsamic honey vinaigrette

Sunday: eggplant parmiggiano, tossed greens with shaved param cheese, warmed multigrain boule with butter

Monday: steak salad, rest of multigrain bread

Tues: Luce's 3/4 bday party - rotini with meatballs and sausage, zucchini, tossed salad, garlic bread (having a few people over) bday cake!!!

Wed: bbq chicken, homemade potato salad, corn, butternut squash

Thurs: chicken souvlaki, greek salad, whole wheat flat breads

Fri: chef's night OFF!!!

Sunday- Garden salad, baked talipia oreganta w/ roasted potatoes and green beans.
Monday- Crockpot beef stew over noodles.
Tuesday- Sausage and peppers and onions on hero bread w/ melted mozzarella cheese.
Wednesday- Meatballs stroganoff made w/ light sour cream and 90 percent lean beef served over noodles.
Thursday- Marinated pork chops w/ rice and a green veggie.
Friday- Take out
Saturday- Not sure yet.

Still gearing up to move. Busy week, packing, shopping, etc. I think we may just starve next week!

SAT - Dinner at the boat. Steak Kabobs & Macoroni salad

SUN - Dinner at DH's Aunt & Uncle's

MON - Burgers, oven Fries, Cucumber & tomato salad

TUES - Buffalo Chicken Meatballs, Salad

WED - Hot Dogs, Baked beans, Corn

THUR - Chicken Kabobs, Grilled zucchini, Rice

FRI - Out!

I am really doing a great job of cleaning out my freezer! It's never been this empty!!!

A little late but here it is:

Sunday: BBQ Hamburgers and french fries
Monday: Order out from the diner
Tuesday: Chinese Food
Wednesday: Ravioli and Stuffed Italian Eggplants from my aunts garden
Thursday: Honey Baked Pecan Salmon, garlic butter rice and ceasar salad
Friday: not sure...IL's might be bring dinner over
Saturday: probably homemade pizza and maybe stuffed sausage bread

Tues: DH is OOT, I had cereal again, I think!

Fri: MNO! DH is on his own!!
