Those who eat no processed foods......
this is a goal I am slowly working myself up to. I know it's going to be damn near impossible living with DH.
Anyways, please let me know your "typical" meal plan for 1 week. I go back to work next week so I am going to try to start it for real then.

I don't eat zero processed foods, I do eat some whole grain breads, etc, but I look for foods with the fewest ingredients.
For breakfast I have -
Rolled oats w/almond milk (soaked overnight), and 1/2 banana. (have this most days).
Lunch I usually have a salad - with protein (tuna, chicken, beans, etc), tons of veggies, and a little bit of cheese.
Sometimes I have soup I make myself. Some kind of veggie soup.
Dinner I have a protein (lots of fish, organic meat), and some veggies. I also like to make grain dishes (quinoa, lentils). I eat brown rice occasionally, and go out to sushi about once a week (eat brown rice).
For snacks I have fruits, nuts, hummus with ezekiel bread or these low processed vegan crackers I like, almond butter on 1/2 ezekiel english muffin, stuff like that.
Once you change your mindset, its not as difficult as it might seem. Your tastebuds really do adjust.

Aside, pasta, breads and cereals I don't eat processed food anymore. But I use canned chicken broth (working on doing it from scratch) and tomatoes. I guess condiments like mustard and salad dressing are also "processed" but I can't do that from scratch.
I cook everything else from scratch. Meats and veggies.

Thank you for posting this! I am working on elimating processed foods currently. I am almost there. I probably will still buy Trader Joe's Multi Grain Bread though.
