PCOS and FSH
Do people with PCOS normally have good FSH levels?

Women with PCOS usually have normal or low levels of FSH. My levels have always been low. HTH!

mine has always been normal to above normal. my RE said that women with PCOS who are anovulatory can actually be more fertile than average once you get them to ovulate. not sure why or what this is based on, but i felt it was worth mentioning.

Yes, but it can be articifically low/normal. If the E2 (estrogen) is elevated, that lowers the FSH and may not be 100% accurate.

Maria, can you please specify what's low? Mine was 1.9, i think, even though tested not on CD3, rather on CD45 as a part of amenorea panel. thanks!
