the scale isnt moving.
I have been on WW for 3 months. I have lost 18 pounds. I would like to lose 7 more. I work out every week and I try to not use my flex points on the weekends. Its been 3 weeks so far I have stayed the same. Any tips to move the scale?

How often do you work out? If you work out 3 days a week I would up it to 4. If you do 30mins of cardio, I would up it 40-45mins. HTH

Are you eating the same foods everyday? Sometimes you need to change something in your diet to get the scale moving. And I have also found the overeating for a day or a meal will actually give me a kick start and help me drop some weight.
