Anyone care to help me with falafel?
I use the near east mix, followed directions and they still fell apart and needed A LOT more time than 4 minutes per side. 
Is there a way to make it from scratch?

I love this recipe from the BBC Good Food website, I have made them several times and its really easy and delish!!
