Homeowners: How long?
From the time that your offer was accepted, and the contract is drawn up and sent to buyer's attorney.. how much time did the buyer's attorney take to look it over and make changes before it was ready to sign by buyer?
Trying to rush it and the waiting makes me nuts!

I think it took a week and a half. You have to get an inspection in that time frame...

They accepted our offer on a Sunday, we set up the inspection for Tuesday. We had the contracts Thursday, we signed and returned them to the seller's attorneys on Friday. (It helps that my boss did the closing for us but it was till super-quick).
