So frustrated
Sooo...after falling off the wagon spectacularly, last week I began working out again, and doing WW. I've been very mindful of what I've been eating, no junk, etc. I cut WAYYYY back on coffee- 1 cup a day. I do the 30 Day Shred DVD in the morning, and I spend most of the day running after my 3 year old.
I have gained 2 lbs. What am I doing wrong? I think I am going to add walking but I'm so discouraged. I'm 38 so I haven't been expecting to lose like I have in the past- but to gain?

don't give up....i've been there too. i had one week where i was running lots of miles and really watching my cal. intake etc. it looked like a "perfect" weight loss week-when i went to get weighed in i had gained 2.8 lbs! i eased up a bit and even ate a teenie bit more the following week and lost 6 lbs that week! i felt like my body held on to it and then let the weight go.....might not be true but sometimes those weeks are followed by a better week! you never know! keep going! p.s. sometimes when AF is coming you just gain OR with all of this humidity your body might be holding onto water which is common..

I was doing really great for 2 weeks and then ate out that saturday night well I was up 4lbs for days and days...it was very humid and hot all the days I was up so I reallythink it had something to do with that but I was ****** until the weight went down
