clomid
Just in case I have to wind up going this route..for those of you that have taken Clomid...what have been the positives and negatives of being on it?

I didn't have any negatives- i was lucky- it worked RIGHT away for me on the lowest dose and I was pregnant within 2 months

I was on clomid for 2 months before becoming PG. The first month I did 50 mgs. and I had no reaction hormonely or emotionally. Then they boosted me to 100mgs for the second month and Bingo!...baby is on the way (with no real changes with the clomid).
However, I was on clomid last spring for 3-4 rounds without any luck. It did make me absolutely miserable. So I took it as I went to bed to lessen the moodswings. I went off it for a month or two, got PG but then miscarried at 4 months.
But so far so good..I'm 13 weeks and feeling great!

It worked for me the first time around and I had no side effects from it at all. Yippeee!

I hated it...made me bloated, moody and they made the dose too high and I had blurred vision. The injectibles for IVF were so much easier for me.
