Another yummy spinach recipe!
I threw this together on a night when I thought I was going to be out for dinner.
2 packages cheese tortellini, cooked 1 package Green Gaint creamed spinach, defrosted 2 tbsp. cream cheese 1/4 cup milk 1 lb. chicken, cubed and cooked
In the skillet where I cooked the chicken, I made a quick sauce with the creamed spinach, milk and cream cheese. I threw in a little salt and pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then added the chicken and the tortellini and let cook for about 10 minutes.
Deeeelish!
