can you post your decorating websites?
I need to look at pitures of some living rooms to find some ideas on decorating mine...in particular I am looking for rooms that have brown couches and blue walls. tHanks so much...I am clueless!

Hey there....I don't have any pictures to share but you should check out JldDolphin and her inspiration album she has over 800 pics of all different kinds of designs and there is bound to be something that can help you...I look at it when I need ideas for stuff in my house

I get the most help from Google Images.
Like - my LR is narrow so I googled "narrow LR with fireplace", or I knew I wanted a blue bedroom so I googled "blue master bedrooms".
If you know what you like try using diff search terms like "modern but cozy living room".
A lot of people have luck with HGTV's Rate My Space. I can't use it - it takes forever to load on my computer - both at work and at home.

Google Search - "Brown Couches and Blue Walls"
Hope this helps. They aren't all LR, but it would give you inspiration.
Also check out my Family Room Album. I have a brown couch with blue/green accent wall and the rest of the walls are a sandy tan color.

Google search for 'traditional blue living room'.
Even though the couches aren't brown, maybe you'll like something - like toile - you could do brown couches, a slate blue wall, and blue toile curtains
I LOVE these from Pottery Barn:
I think Country Curtains carries a similar drape - prob less expensive.

I have a Home Decorating Album in my Profile. I have been puitting together lot's of ideas I love.
There are a few with blue walls and either tan or brown couches.
