WW Flex Points?
Can someone please explain to me what these points mean? I've calculated that I need to have 20 points every day, but how do the flex points fit in to all of this? TIA!

I just joined WW.
If I understand it correctly, you don't **have** to use those points.
They are there if you need to use them.
Let's say you only have 2 points left for the day and you want something thats 4 points...You can "dip into" those flex points.
I really hope I explained that right. I'm still getting the hang of it myself.

you get 35 flex points for the week. there's no limit what u could use in a day. but u can't go over 35 flex points for the week

When I punched it into the online activity calculator, 30 minutes of walking came out to 1 point.
Not sure if there are variations on activity points based on height, weight, etc.

If u use the online tools it tells you how many food pts you can use for activity
e.g. a spinning class may give you 3 extra pts you can use towards food (this is an example and not a true thing--u would need to look it up since I am unsure)
