Registrations for new users is not allowed to this board, even though I heard great reviews about it. Is there a way that existing member can invite a new person?

Yeah, I tried to register myself based on recs from ladies here but no go. I didn't see anything about an invite though... thought maybe they were just "full" or something?

From what I understand, the administrators left the board a while ago, so no new members can join. People have tried to do something, but no luck. The board is getting slower and slower

i tried to e-mail admin and ask them to let me join, but never got response. I heard they are afraid of so called "trolls" that is why they disallowed new members. I read everywhere that it is a GREAT resource and it su cks that we can not join.

It really is ...I even reccomended it to someone on here a few days ago....
I found a post on there (with the latest reply being 5/10) saying that the admins have abandoned the board
What a shame, there is 69,229 members according to the site !

This site is kinda neat because you can "Ask The Embryologist" section and they also have an "Ask the RE" section...

Yeah, I'm pretty sure one of these days the IVFconnections site is going to crash. I use it constantly and keep in touch with other Cornell ladies on there. we actually created a yahoo account in case one day it crashes. But, its a shame because there is a world of info on that site and its great for people who have done a lot and still searching for answers to their failed cycles.
There's really no site like it.

It's actually like like this site ( username, password etc...) so there is some personal type information ...Hopefully someone takes over the site soon and new members are allowed to join !!

Have you tried any Yahoo groups? There are quite a few...some for very specific things like just IVF. I like the privacy they offer as well as the diversity. There is a lot going on out there, outside of NY, that I love to hear about and look into. Some of the best things I have heard about came out of the NC academic area as well as Dallas and of course the good old UK.

How do I search for the groups on yahoo? i think i need to know a group name to search..Can you suggest a few? Thanks
