I am on the budget plan. I loev know what my bill will be from month to month... and if there is a change i get notified the month b/4 so i can prepare myself

We are moving to a new house.
From 1000sq ft in NJ to 3500Sqft in Westbury....
$250 a month in NJ to $600 in West.
And we dont even live in the house yet!

It was $236
That is one A/C on ALL DAY every day ( on energy saver ) and two A/Cs on every day but not all day - whenever needed.
(4 adults living in the house on two floors)

We have a dual CAC w/scheduled thermostat and was just shy of $100.

with CAC, and the AC on almost every day (there were a few cool days)... temp set at 74 day/night... my last bill was about $140 for the electric portion of my pse&g bill

Last month it was $165 - thats 2 ac's running all day. I'm sure this month will be more since we were away for a week last month.
I am 8.5 months pregnant - live on the top floor of a 4 floor walk-up. I can't take a chance of there being a black-out & having to sit in a HOT apt.
I figure if there is a blackout - I will at least be comfortable for a bit before it gets unbearable in there.

pretty big asss house. we are on a budget plan. $ 122 a month
we keep it at 69-70 when we are home
70-72 when we are sleepin
75 when we are at work

We are on a budget, so I pay the same every month.
But I have had one AC on everyday all day/night for most of June and so far all of July. I keep it in between 68-71.

we are on a budget plan so it's the same every month. We have 2,400 sq ft. We have CAC on all day at 70 degrees, run the pool filter 12 hours a day. and we also have electric heat and appliances (so no oil or gas.) It's $250 a month.

I think we have around 2200 sq feet.
We keep CAC on the entire summer and run pool filter for at least 4 hours a day.
We do balanced billing and pay $115/month

With the pool filter running every day for about 12 hours and our CAC on 69 all day and 71 at night it was $298. I am in NJ and our home is 2500 sq ft. I think.

We have about 3500sq ft and we are running about $400 a month. We have an upstairs and downstairs unit...I work from home downstairs and keep the thermostat set at 73-74...and upstairs I keep it at 75 but we can't even keep it that cool with the Atlanta heat!

I am scared, havent gotten it yet... We have 3 seperate zones and we keep them around 73. The house is 4,000 sq feet so I am sure it isnt going to be pretty.

Ours is definitely over 200--maybe like 250ish for 1100 sq feet. God help me when we move to the house!!
How do you get on a "budget"? Do you have to pre-pay or something?
