Crash Hot Potatoes
I finally made them last night after seeing them a million times on all of your weekly recipes. I am in LOOOOOOVE!!!!!! Thank you all for introducing them to the masses!

They're really simple. Small red potatoes, first boiled then put them on a baking sheet with olive oil and smash them a little with a potato masher. Put oil, salt and pepper and whatever kind of fresh herbs you have around - I put thyme and parsley - and then bake them for like 25 minutes. They were sooooo yum!

They are so delicious. My husband loooves them. I like to put a little chive on them and then add sour cream when I serve them. yum.

But I brush on a little melted butter first 
You should also try putting some pancetta crumbles on them! MMMMM
