Good or bad...House backing up to horse/nature trail
House backing up to a nature trail and horse trail, with a wooded area b/w your property and the trail. Good or bad?

When I bought my home 13 years ago, i had a stable/horse farm behind my home. Only occasionally did it become fragrant.
In the past few years the property was purchased and developed by a builder and I now have McMansions. Frankly, I preferred the horses, they provided me with a lot of privacy (and they didn't put up cabannas that are 15 feet high)

great! I was considering a home like that but the house wasn't big enough and too expensive to expand
