Bodybugg for sale

I bought the bodybugg in January. It came with a 6 month subscription to the online database, but since it expired I haven't used it and it's $10 a month to subsribe to.

It still works competely fine and when I was using it consistently I was losing weight.

what is it? Is it just the arm band or is it the watch too?

Its a sensor that calculates calories burned. It does not have a watch on it. You can purchase a digital display which will show you the calories burned, but thats an additional $70 dollars I think from their website.

To answer a few more questions:
What the armband does is calculate how many calories you've burned throughout the day. In order for you to upload the data, you have to subsribe to the online account. When you log on, you use a usb cord to upload the data, as well as charge the sensor. You can see how many calories you've burned all day or in a choosen time period.

When you are online you can also use their food log to calculate how many calories you've consumed.

When you set your goals, they tell you how many calories should be burned and consumed to reach your goal.

It is a pretty cool tool to use and I did find it helpful, but I stopped using it toward the end and i know that even if I paid for the monthly subsribtion I'll fall off of it again..lol
