7/10 WEEKLY MENUS
SAT - balsamic skirt steak, baked potato, corn on the cob
SUN - grilled veggie & shrimp salad with agave-citrus vinaigrette
MON - chicken fajita lettuce wraps, yellow rice, black beans
TUES - tilapia piccata, couscous, steamed broccoli
WED - out for our anniversary! Bertrand at Mister A's  check out the menu! 
THURS - chicken bruschetta, salad, sliced avocado

Sat: PB&J with potato chips and milk (we had a birthday lunch party in a restaurant)
Sun: BBQ Rib Eye, Crash Potatoes, Corn on the Cob and Wedge Salad (never made this last week)
Mon: Chicken cutlets, Pilaf, leftover corn on cob, and tomato, cucumber & mozzerella salad
Tues: working late....leftovers
Wed: Bubba burgers, sweet potato fries and onion rings
Thurs: Fish sticks, Clam strips and Mac & Cheese w/ broccolini
Fr: Chef's night off

Starting from Sunday:
Sun: Taco Salad with homemade cilantro dressing
Mon: Grilled lemon-garlic chicken, steamed broccoli and roasted potatoes
Tues: DH out with his brother/sandwhich for me
Wed: Pasta with vodka sauce and sauted spinach and mushrooms
Thurs: Fish Tacos (salmon) topped with crunchy dill slaw, black bean and corn relish and purred carrots
Fri: Grilled beer marinated veal chops, saffron rice and garlic string beans
Sat: Picnic dinner at the Philharmonic: chicken salad, cheese and crackers, chips and guac, etc.

Sunday: MIL's house
Monday: Chicken, tomato, onion, pepper and zucchini kebabs, rice pilaf, cucumber salad
Tuesday: Breakfast pizza, Sliced Mangos, Orange "Julius" drinks.
Wednesday: Asian Style Salmon, Sauteed Spinach, Brown Rice.
Thursday: Rosemary Roasted Chicken, Grilled Zucchini, Potato Wedges, house salad
Friday: Grilled flank steak fajitas with homemade pico & guac - plus the usual fixings.
Saturday: Out of Town

Tue: Out
Weds: Sweet and spicy gazpacho, smoked chicken sandwiches w/arugala, basil pesto and munster cheese
Thurs: Teriyaki chicken lo mein with veggies, veggie eggrolls
Fri: Broiled tilapia, couscous, caesar salad, balsamic veggies
Sat: Out
Sun: Eggplant rollatini, garlic bread, salad

Sat- wedding in VA
Sun- pizza...we had just drove home
Mon-spaghetti carbonara, sauteed zucchini
Tues: greek salad with grilled chicken, warmed pita with tzaziki
Wed: grilled sausage, rice, black beans, avocado salad
Thurs: grilled rubbed sirloin steak, grilled zucchini, pasta salad
Fri: most likely take out

Mon - Breaded Pork Chops and Rice
Tues - General Tso Chicken, rice and broccolli
Wed - Mahi Mahi and roasted baby red potatoes.
Thur - Chili and rice.
Fri - Take out
Sat - Burgers and dogs

Sun: Grilled wild caught salmon with dill, "crash" potatoes", fresh corn from out east.
Monday: BBQ chicken breasts with peach glaze, grilled asparagus, baked sweet potatoes.
Tuesday: Homemade black beans, rice, grilled chicken, sald (didn't make last week)
Wednesday: Sausage and Peppers over polenta, salad
Thursday, Rigatoni in tomato cream sauce with peas and bacon.
Friday: Gemelli with grilled summer vegetables

Were gearing up to move by the end of the month, so the next couple of weeks are going to be kinda "emptying" my freezer and pantries!!!
SAT - Party
SUN - PW's Marlboro Man's Fav Sandwich (never made 3 of my meals last week) This was fabulous!!!
MON - Apple Chicken Sausage for me, Jalepano Chicken Sausage for DH, rice pilaf, tomato & mozz salad w/ balsamic
TUES - Glazed Corned Beef, smashed potatoes, baby carrots & corn
WED - Burgers, oven fries, salad
THUR - Stripped Bass, Couscous, grilled zucchini & eggplant
FRI - PIZZA or out to dinner!

Monday- Shrimp Curry, Basmati Rice, and Mixed Veggies
Tuesday- Leftovers
Wednesday- Sushi Night (no cooking for me!)
Thursday- Crustless Quiche with Spinach and Scallions, Roasted Potatoes
Friday- Turkey Cutlets with Parmesan Bread-Crumb Crust and Grannie's French Swiss Chard
Saturday- Tandoori Chicken, Grilled Corn on the Cob, and Kale Chips
