house on the market how many showings?
I was curious how many showings should I expect. Our house has been on the market for one month and we've have 5 showings. Now on came to our open house but it could have been because of the w/e since it was the sat before father's day. Any words of advice?

The market is changing every day. Make sure you did everything you needed to do, to market you home correctly.
1. Curb appeal
2. De-clutter,Stage
3. Clean, clean, clean
4. Paint walls if needed
5. Price it compelling
Sit down with your Realtor and review his/her marketing strategies.

My first guess, if not many people are coming , would be that people think the house is priced too high.
But I think there are so many variables. We had a minimum of 2-3 showings a week and not one offer.
