I am soooooo excited
I lost 1.6lbs this week. I haven't have a big loss like this in well over a month.
I didn't track my foods this week either on the computer (just in my head, I was lazy) but I did get to the gym 4 days (instead of my normal 3)
I will def. be going 4 from now on!
I am beyond thrilled.
I few more lbs till my goal of losing 20 and having to put on a bathing suit on vacation 
You girls def. have so much to do with it - I am constantly getting re-motivated when I come to this board! Thanks to you!
