I'm going to stop lurking the WW thread...
and Join in!
I'm taking the "leap" tomorrow and getting my butt to a meeting.
I am so nervous? Why? I have no idea.
I think the whole points thing is a bit overwhelming, but, I know it takes time and I'm going to try my BEST to understand it!
I apologize in advance for probably a billion questions to come.
I'm tired of trying on my own. Yes, I've lost, but, I'm stuck at one number and I need to make this change.
Wish me luck and Thank You all for your inspiration on the WW post thread.

I just joined 2 weeks ago. I am 34 and I never dieted before EVER!!! and I was very hestitant.
I tell you---it has already really helped me with my protion sizzes and being aware of what I am eating. I never ate junk food but with the points as my guide I really try to avoid things that are empty points (like bread, soda etc)
My first weigh in was 3 lbs lighter!!!
good luck and we can do this

call me too OR email me if you have any points/WW questions! i called my sister 100x the first week to ask about points! after a week it got so much easier! you are going to do great!
anyway-just wanted to say good luck and i think it is SO GREAT you are joining! i still say it's the best thing i've done for myself in a LONG time!

I joined yesterday too...I just started today. I have been on my own diet the past few months and lost weight but have not lost anything in about 6 weeks just have stayed the same so I figured I would switch things up and start WW.
Good Luck!!! It def. does work..I have a few friends on it and they are doing great!

Good Luck Dawn! I joined after baby #1 and I found it helped to ease into the transition, especially if you aren't used to dieting.
