I love Crystal Light Iced Tea. I also like the lemonade and if you're looking for a nice adult drink, mix the lemonade with vodka and water. It is awesome!

crystal light fruit punch and vodka is really good. (add water of course). delish.

I make the pink lemonade or the raspberry lemonade and put in strawberries, strawberry vodka and basil. ITS DELISH!!! And it's very refreshing

When I first tried it years ago, I got severe headaches from it. I think over time, I got used to it, so now I love the lemonade and iced tea!
My doc told me I have to be careful with it though since I have an issue with my kidney. SO I don't have a lot of it.
