Outdoor workouts/activities
Hey all!
does anyone know of any activities such as beach yoga on long island? i live close to long beach, get up at 6am every morning and would like to start doing things (ANYTHING!!!) outdoors.
also, has anyone ever attended the female boot camp that's on long island? any reviews?

I have been going to one for 2 weeks and it's good. It starts at 5:45 in Deer Park, but I know there is one in bayside, Queens as well (neither too easy for you to get to)
