House with docking rights

What exactly does this mean? Do you have your own spot that is yours?

Yes, I believe it's the same as deeded docking. You may want to check that your spot was not "loaned" out to someone else if the previous owner was not using it.

Could you rent your spot out if you weren't going to use it?

Better check the bylaws, if there are any.

Re: House with docking rights

sometimes it may say docking rights - but its really mooring rights.

By us, you can pay into the association and you can moor the boat in the small harbor area...but I am pretty sure they put it as "docking rights" on the MLS
