I cannot stop eating
All I want to do is snack snack snack-pretzels, a fork-ful of cake, 2 pieces of pepperoni, a cracker. I just can't stop. I know AF is arriving soon, but this is too much

This is what happens to me!
Pick up things similar to those. . .
turkey pepperoni
honey whole wheat pretzels
have a piece of dark chocolate
etc. . .

BRUSH YOUR TEETH.
i remember that tip from when i did WW, years ago. it works for me.

I gave into temptation when I had AF, and gained 4 lbs in a few days. Now its going to take weeks to get rid of that weight.
Don't give in, and be strong. I am so mad at myself right now.
