Yoga anyone?
Does anyone know of a good yoga place near Seaford/massapequa? Something not too expensive and something that I could go everyday if I wanted to. TIA! -Jenn

Re: Yoga anyone?
I go to Hot Yoga Massapequa.
I absolutely love it.
I pay for unlimited monthly classes and it's $145 for the month and you can go as often as you like. It works out to be cheaper than the 10 class plan which I believe is $160.00.
On average I go 3x a week, however, I have been slacking lately due to a bunch of stuff that has been happening with life in general.

You can go to your first class to check it out for $20.00 and then get unlimited classes for 10 days.
HTH!!!

Mrs. B, if things calm down a bit in my life, I want to still make it a goal to check out one of your classes!!

Re: Yoga anyone?
Thanks for the info. Will yoga help me tone and lose weight (with dieting) and if yes, how often should I go in order to do this?
TIA

Re: Yoga anyone?
Yes, I think it will. It certainly has for me. I feel that in order to notice a real difference though in your body, you have to commit to at least 3x a week. If you can fit more than that in your schedule you will really notice a difference.
