How often do you...
do cardio? arms? legs? core?
Anything else?
I'm trying to create a little 6 week schedule for DH and myself and I'm having some difficulty finding sample schedules.
We don't have a gym so basically, we'd be running, maybe playing tennis, maybe going for a bike ride, and jumping rope as our cardio blocks and then using resistance bands for strength and toning.

Cardio - 6 days/wk (1 hour +) Chest and shoulders - 1 day/wk Biceps, triceps and back - 1day/wk Core - 4 days/wk
I went from all cardio to this schedule over a year ago and this really made a difference.

I swim two days a week..trying to get it to 3-4..if I can out of work early enough to hit the pool.
Swimming seems to be really working for me.

I do 30 DS which is cardio and strength 3-4 times per week and Cardio Max which is cardio 3-4 times per week.

I do cardio 3-4 days a week...I do between 20min-60 min each time.
I do a pulling (back, bicep), pushing (chest, shoulders, tricep), legs and auxiliary (abs and calves) each week!
