My personal trainer is the devil....
I had my first real session with him this morning....and he kicked my butt!!! I'm pretty sure he hates me.
But I feel great now....I have admit. I'm kind of looking forward to going back on Wednesday...

Oh, no, I'm super polite because I'm an assss. The last machine he had me on....the last one I was doing...he was like "I'm just going to lean against this...push against me..."
And all I could think of to say was "No thank you".
i think I made him laugh and he didn't push as hard though!!
