Need some new WW meal ideas..
I've been on WW for awhile, and have lost 45 lbs, but in the past 3 weeks I haven't gained or lost an ounce. I am starting to get annoyed. I weigh in on Saturdays, so I usually give myself a bit of a "cheat" day on Saturday and now Saturday has turned into Sundacheat day as well. This week I am back on 100%.. ZERO cheating - lets not talk about how miserable i'll be at a bbq tomorrow..
Thing is, I need new meal ideas. I tend to eat the same things and I think they are starting to bore me. I know it's been done before, but can someone post their favs for lunch and dinner? I'm pretty good on breakfast... it's lunch and dinner that really get me. Especially dinner since I get home from work after 8 most nights and I need something quick.
THANKS!

Re: Need some new WW meal ideas..
I am hooked on Gina's ww recipes. (www.skinnytaste.com).
It really helped me changed the boring stuff I was making over and over.
I love her recipes!
For the convenience, a lot of her recipes, you can freeze. Like the spinach lazagna. So it's great to fix ahead and you just take what you want (it's "individual" serving of lazagna).

Re: Need some new WW meal ideas..
This is one of my favorite ways to prepare chicken; I don't know the points value since I don't do WW, but you could put it in the recipe builder to figure it out.
Take 12 oz of skinless boneless chicken breast and cut into bit size pieces, then marinate overnight in:
2T olive oil 1/4 cup lime juice 1/4 cup tequila (or water) 2 T fresh cilantro 2 cloves of garlic minced 1 t cumin 1/8 t salt pepper
When you are ready to cook it remove it from the marinade and saute, it will cook very quickly because the lime juice actually partially cooks the meat while it is marinating.
The chicken is great in fajitas, over rice, on a mexican style salad or on its own.
***************************
A favorite light lunch or dinner of mine is to take about a 1/2 cup chick peas (I soak my own to avoid the extra salt) and saute with diced onion and minced garlic (using about 1t olive oil), when the onion is translucent add 4-6 cups of spinach, turn the spinach and cook it until it is wilted to your liking.
Remove from the pot and sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese and a dash of nutmeg.
***************************
Tonight for dinner I put some skinless boneless chicken on the george foreman (sprinkled with cumin, salt, pepper) and then when it was done topped it with 2T salsa and 2T LF cheese, popped in in the oven until the cheese melted. While this was cooking I roasted some kale - toss in 1T olive oil, then sprinkle with S&P, garlic powder and cumin cook at 450 for about 5 minutes.
