Anyone else?
browse the diet & fitness forum while eating something sinful like ice cream?  
I admit I do this and probably multiple times per week.

Haven't seen you at yoga. I am mostly doing the very early classes now since I am of from work for the summer. Do you ever go to the first morning class...6:15?

Nope, could never handle that early in the morning. I am still going to the 8PM class. My attendance has dropped a lot during the past few weeks since DH has been working late and a my car was in the shop for a few days.
I am still trying to aim for 2-3 days a week.

It is early but it gets the job done. I prefer other times but both DH and I go to Hot Yoga and we have the 2 kids so we go to Hot Yoga in shifts.
