Sliding Glass Doors
What type of window treatment do you have covering them? Please post pics. I have verticals on mine but, not too crazy about them

I have panels on my sliding glass doors. they are from JCPenny's, but they don't sell mine anymore. But they do sell others. You can also buy panels at Ikea.

I have floor-length drapes from Ikea. They sell super long ones and you hem them (using iron-on hemming tape that comes with the fabric).
It took about 20 minutes, but was dirt cheap and they have a lot of cool fabrics to choose from. They were for a room that has a really modern feel so they're perfect.

i have drapes and bamboo roman shades...
honestly there isn't any particular covering that i *love* for sliding doors...i tried to treat mine more like windows since i'm in a townhouse and i don't have many windows..

I have vertical blinds and hate them. The metal pieces in the bottom comes out and the chain comes apart, its a mess. Im thinking of doing drapes.

in my old house --long white silk drapes from Pottery Barn with tie backs-- I am not a fan of blinds at all...in my new house, we'll do thesame but they will not be white...I HIGHLY recommend Pottery Barn for them, they are REALYL good quality, expensive but worth it!
