my own awesome and embarassing moment
yes, i've had surgery, but it's time that i start taking control of the rest of my life/health/fitness... so i've signed up for a lot of things, and have asked a lot of questions to get moving...
well, i've done none of it 
i've talked a good game, but that was all. i've used so many excuses.
until last night.
SO finally got me to put on my sneakers and go for a walk. i'm not as heavy, so you would think that it would not be too bad, but since i haven't moved in so long, i was tired almost right away.
we walked about 2 miles and walked the bleachers at the local high school... eventually, we'll run them.
it felt so good to finally have someone by my side who wants to help me do this. he held my hand the whole time and slowed down for me when i needed it.
it's gonna be slow going, but we're, officially, moving in the right direction

I agree, the first step IS the hardest! Once you keep it up you will feel so good. It gets easier!
