Outdoor Activities in this HEAT
I find myself wanting to go walking or something to get some (much needed) exercise but I get outside and it's all I can do to catch a breath with the humidity. Anyone else having this issue? I was thinking of putting a post to see if any Nassau ladies/gentlemen would want to start a walking group, but idk...

I walk early in the morning when it is this hot. I was out at 6:45 this morning and it really wasn't bad out yet.

I would love to walk that early but i have to be at work at 7

hubby and i have started taking the pup powerwalking at night. its still warm, but most of the humidity is gone.

i go either at 6am OR 7:30pm-running that is. otherwise no way. i just saw people running outside today and yesterday at like 2pm and it was painful just looking at them!  i will run sometimes and then jump in the pool and swim laps.

I can't do anything outdoors either, it's too hot and the air quality for an asthmatic is really bad. I'd go super early in the AM or at night but I'm all alone with 2 kids

this is the best time for early morning! the sun is up at 5:30!!! and dawn is earlier than that!
