NHP House
My inlaw's house in New Hyde Park is now on the market. They had accepted an offer the 2nd day it was on the market (last week) but as it turns out the buyer re-neg'ed.
Anyway, I think there is an open house this Sunday and wanted to post for those interested. It's up the street from Scott's Uncle's house so if you have friends or family looking too you could buy a few blocks apart.
