Insanity

Anyone try this yet?

I can't justify buying the system (yet) because of how much I spend on my gym membership but I'd love to hear your experience with this if you've bought and started this crazy looking program.

i use it. DH and i did it together. its terrific for cardio endurance and upping your level of physical exertion. we only got through the 1st month though because it was hard for us to commit fully to the program and fitting in the workout everyday. i'm a fitness instructor and adding insanity in everyday was too killer and we live in an upstairs apt so the jumping was driving the landlord crazy so hubby was kinda limited too. i heard you need to follow it exactly as they map it out otherwise month 2 is too hard.

but i now mix it in with other workouts and i do enjoy it.

0h, the other thing i noticed was my calorie burn wasn't outrageous until i progressed in the program. at first i could barely keep up with the workouts so i was only clocking in like 250 or 300 cals... it wasn't until i got better at it that the burn went up. HTH!

Liza, my friend bought it - I'm going to bribe her with a super fancy dinner hoping she'll burn it for me when I visit her next month! I'll hook you up if she hooks ME up.
