Favorite things to do with fresh sage and thyme?
Got big bunches of both with our CSA delivery this week. Looking for ideas!!

With sage you can do Saltimbocca.

think poultry and veal.
Stuffed veal chop butterflied with provolone, sage and prosciutto.
Thyme sauce reduction with red wine, thyme, sage, butter, veal stock and a little flour for thickening.
If you don't have veal stock use chicken stock.
